All of the products on www.tobaccostore.fi are for adults only and not to be sold to minors.

Under Finnish law, we do not sell tobacco or other nicotine products on our website.

All prices on the site include VAT (24%). We reserve the right to change prices.

Payment methods:

  • Bank transfer (Finnish residents)
  • Cash, credit or back card if picking the order from one of our shops

Shipping methods and fees:

Finland (usually in 2-4 workdays):

  • Letter 1,90€
  • Post Parcel 3,90€ (from the nearest Posti office)
  • SmartPOST 3,90€ (from the nearest Posti pickup point)
  • Matkahuolto Verkkopaketti 3,90€ (from the nearest Matkahuolto office or Matkahuolto pickup point, Siwa, Valintatalo or Euromarket)
  • Matkahuolto Bussipaketti 3,90€ (from the nearest Matkahuolto office)
  • Pickup from Tobacco Store 0€ (from the Tobacco Store shop of your choice or Cybershop Tampere)

International (usually in 5-14 workdays):

  • Letter inside Europe 2,90€
  • Maxi-letter inside Europe 6,90€
  • Postpackage inside Europe 8,90€
  • International letter 4,90€
  • International maxi-letter 8,90€
  • International post packet 12,90€

Customer return policy and product changes:

Send the items you wish to return through the post office of Matkahuolto to address:

CUSTOMER RETURN CYBERSHOP OY – 00370 HELSINKI, FINLAND (no street address required)

Add a filled customer return form and your bank details (in case you wish to cancel the purchase). If the customer return form is not filled, we are not accountable to make the return.

If the customer wishes to return the whole order, the money return is for the full amount of the items purchased, without the shipping fee.

The product change is free of charge if the customer wishes to change to a product of same value, or in case of a manufacturing defect. In other cases (f. ex. change to a product with higher price) the customer will need to pay the possible price difference and a new shipping fee. All of the returns and product changes are considered case by case and the returns might be witheld if the criteria is not met.

Product and money returns are handled and payed during 30 days from arriving to the  Tobacco Store webshop. Please note that used products cannot be returned/changed.

Tracking your order:

The parcel tracking code (lähetystunnus) can be found from the order verification e-mail or by signing in to your personal account if a registered customer. For tracking and tracing your parcel, go to Posti or Matkahuolto tracking site depending on your shipping method.
